After nearly two months of no updates and the impending closure of the site Chris-Pine.org has decided to stay. I didn’t really know if I had wanted to continue running the site and I honestly believe I let myself be influenced by the current surroundings around me which lead me to think I no longer cared to run the site as I use to. Though (obviously) you can see that I did indeed change my mind. No more than a week or more ago I asked for the loyal visitors of the site and newcomers to cast their vote and let me know if they wished for C-P.org to stay, and I have to say having receiving over 400 votes I’m extremely pleased to see that my hard work had not gone unnoticed despite the lack of input and activity the site lacked from it’s visitors (which I hope soon changes =]).

To those of you who voted “No” for the return of C-P.org I want to thank you because though seeing how many people wanted me to continue the site seeing the few No’s made me want it just that much more.

Moving on, obviously you can also see the site has a new name. Same domain of course and that isn’t about to change, but the name I thought suited so as Chris and his acting career expands and grows so can The Chris Pine Network. I’ve made sure to really put my heart into re-designing every page on the site, very much so for the News Center and Image Archive, which I hope everyone likes.

I love Chris and believe he is truly one of the many young actors set to take over Hollywood in the next few years as the top ranks of Tom Hanks, George Clooney and Brad Pitt slowly step aside to make room for these bright stars. I hope to have everyone’s support as I really want to give this one more go around before totally giving up on something I worked so hard to put together in the first place.

If you’ve read this far than I want to thank you for caring, because I know this has been a impossibly long post, but I think the site deserves it and so do his fans. I’m going to continue to catch up on past news and photos that I’ve collected since my last update, so be sure not to miss any of those. I also want to mention, as I believe this to be just as important, but from this moment forward I WILL NOT be tagging my photos in the gallery, unless forced too by uncooperative visitors who refuse to credit and/or because of exclusivity to the site. I hope you guys appreciate that, and as I wish I could replace all the photos already in the gallery untagged sadly I can’t as I lost everything back in October.
