ComingSoon.net — The trailer for writer/director Joe Carnahan’s (Narc, The Grey) latest, Stretch, has arrived and you can check it out in the player below, courtesy of EW.

Starring Patrick Wilson, Ed Helms, Chris Pine, Brooklyn Decker, James Badge Dale, David Hasselhoff, Ray Liotta, Shaun Toub and Jessica Alba, Stretch is an action-comedy in which all hell breaks out over the streets of L.A. during one twisted night for one desperate driver. When a limo driver (Wilson) discovers that he only has one shift left to pay off a big debt, he goes from worried to hell-with-it-all daring. When the chauffer picks up a reclusive billionaire (Pine) with some deviant appetites, he vows to fulfill the guy’s every request, no matter how weird, to score the big tip that could settle his score. But as the night grows stranger and the driver is pushed into some very dangerous encounters, he worries that the freak in his back seat might just be his final fare.

Stretch arrives on Amazon and iTunes October 7 and then on VOD October 14.

After nearly a year with the previous design, I thought it was time to freshen things up a bit around here. Especially with this new shoot of Chris I couldn’t help but be inspired.

The site itself should be more friendly on mobile and tablet devices, as I’ve tweaked my coding more since the last design so things should work more fluidly, notably the menu.
