Here are 10 more high quality ‘Carriers’ movie stills for you guys! This movie as creepy as it looks does look good don’t you think?
I’ve added 9 new photos to the April 26th Star Trek press conference that was held in Los Angeles. Thanks to Andreas for the HQ’s as always. 🙂
At a panel for the animated movie “Quantum Quest,” the new Captain Kirk, Chris Pine, called co-director Dr. Harry Kloor, who promptly put his cellphone up to the microphone — so that Pine could address the crowd and promote the movie.
Pine went over points including his desire to be a voiceover actor (“Cause they always looked like they were having the most fun.”), the funny faces he made while in the voiceover booth, and his newfound respect and interest in science because of his participation in the movie (“If I had had a movie like this when I was younger, I may have been more into it.”)
The panel included Robert Picardo of “Star Trek Voyager” and Doug Jones of many things (“Hellboy”). The movie itself is a star-studded event that includes the voices of William Shatner (when Kirks collide!), Jason Alexander, Samuel L. Jackson, Hayden Christensen, Amanda Peet, James Earl Jones, and astronaut Neil Armstrong. The notoriously reclusive Armstorng even sent along a video supporting both the movie and advancements in scienctific education.
So I’m sure many of you have noticed the slow updates and very much lack of, that’s for sure, right? Well if anyone has paid attention than you’ve known I’ve been working my pretty little tush off trying to get the new design finished. As it turns out the version you see now is not what I had originally created. I’m a very picky graphic designer and well I want nothing but the best for my site and sure I liked what I created at first but as I was coding it I realized how tired I quickly became of it. So what you see now is the 2nd attempt at the design which I altered completely. It took what seems like forever to me but was probably about 2 weeks or so to finally get this straightened out and satisfy my perfectionist self.
I hope everyone approves and loves the design as much as I do, though as you know I’m slightly biased. I would love to hear all feedback, good or bad, though bad is bad it’s nice to hear constructive criticism. I really hope this design is able to last a good bit because I love the set up personally so if things get stale don’t be surprised if you see this same design get switched up a little in the future. 😛
I’ve also taken the time to give the Image Archive a very much needed make over which as you can see matches the new site design as well. And last but not least for all you loyal forum posters the forum will be back sometime tomorrow ( July 25th ) as I’m really wanting to get a new theme over there too. 🙂
Anyhow look at me go and all this for a new website design! haha! Well expect all new updates coming shortly. 😉
